On my first assessment, I could only do 38 push-ups in a minute, 36 sit-ups, and I walked a mile in 11 minutes and 58 seconds. Now, I can do 74 push-ups in a minute, 72 sit-ups in a minute, and I can run a mile in 6 minutes and 57 seconds.

About a year and a half ago, I started Weight Watchers. Then shortly thereafter, I started walking a half mile. It about killed me. What is the Busy Body Work It Off at Work™ Fitness Program?
It’s an on-site, total body group fitness program designed to give employees all the tools they need to live happier, healthier, and in balance. Each workout session is packed with a series of fun, ever-changing exercises designed to specifically tone, strengthen, and increase their cardio fitness levels. Our program is a results-driven conditioning program that focuses on weight loss and developing lean, tone, healthy bodies.
How does Busy Body Work It Off at Work™ Fitness Program benefit corporate clients?
Our well-rounded, challenging, and consistent fitness routine offers participants the opportunity to release, rebalance, and recuperate from the often intense demands of the business day. In addition, participants interact with co-workers in a different context, creating opportunities for connections among employees who might not otherwise come into contact with one another.
When employees come to one of our sessions, they can give their brains a rest. Our personal trainers take charge of the ever-changing combination of individual and team-building exercises that we incorporate into every workout.
How much time would your workout take away from people's jobs?

Our group fitness programs are designed by and for highly experienced business professionals who are short on time and looking to make the most of every minute they devote to their personal fitness. Our goal during each 45-minute to 1-hour workout session is to leave employees feeling invigorated and ready to return to the challenges of their jobs.
Does it matter if some participants are not physically fit?
Busy Body Work It Off at Work™ Fitness Program is designed for employees of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. We will never ask anyone to complete exercises that go beyond their capacity! To that end, we ask each participant to take part in fit tests at the beginning of session so we can properly gauge their fitness level and capabilities. In addition, personal trainers demonstrate both high-impact and low-impact versions of exercises and vary the intensity of workouts on a daily basis to minimize fatigue and injury.
Where does the program take place?
Busy Body Work It Off at Work™ Fitness programs are held on-site or near your company's facilities.
How often does Busy Body Fitness come in work with employees?
Corporate programs can be offered 2, 3, or 4 days per week during AM or PM hours. We work around your schedule.
Is there any limit to the number of participants?
No. However, we are committed to maintaining a low employee-to-trainer ratio and will add additional Busy Body trainers as the number of program participants increases.
What is a typical Busy Body Fitness workout?
Our workout sessions vary from day to day in order to continually challenge new muscles, maximize results, and to keep your employees from getting bored. Employees will be engaging in various resistance training and cardiovascular activities such as: Running (short distances), Push-ups, Sprints, Lunges, Jumping Jacks, Jump rope, Mat work, Weight Training, Stability Ball/Medicine Ball training, Stretching, Cone drills, Obstacle courses, and whatever else it takes to distract participants from the fact that they are getting a great workout! Every day will be a completely different workout – never predictable – never boring and always FUN!

Corporate Fitness Program Pricing
- We charge the clients directly so your company can provide this service to your employees free of charge. However, if your company wishes to subsidize some or all of the costs, we can invoice your company.
- For clients, our pricing structure may vary for each client based on how many days per month he/she plans on attending class
- Enrollment is on a month-to-month basis with payment due at the beginning of each month.
- Enrollments automatically renew each month (However, changes, including canceling, can be made by filling out our online Change Payment Form before the end of each month).
If your company can’t provide an on-site location for our service, then ask us about establishing a discounted rate for your employees to attend our program. If you have 15 or more people from your company enrolled in any of our boot camp locations, we will give everyone a discounted rate.
